I have the Rush Big Louies with 2.5" baffle, stock pipes and air cleaner. I put 1000 miles on my 2014 Ultra and they sounded great. I added the FM billet air cleaner and will be adding the RUSH HO Performance pipes this week. I'll be switching to the 2.0" baffles, as I read a post from RUSH somewhere in this forum that the 2.0" is recommended for maximum performance from this setup (I wanted all the low-end torque I could get). I also received a response from RUSH, confirming the FM Jackpot header, billet air cleaner, and 2.5" baffles in the Big Louies is also a good setup. They confirmed the need for dyno tune to get the best performance when using the second setup. I'll still get the dyno for the 2.0" baffles. Dealer told me the tuner is getting a few more HP from the RUSH pipes over the FM, and they also recommend the 2:1:2 pipes over the true duals to improve scavenging. That's all I've got.
I ordered a Limited about a month ago and should be here in the next few weeks. I also included the Rush HO header and BL with 2" baffle.
I will post my impressions when I have some miles on it.
I would like to know your experience since you will be done with a similar set up sooner.
I am especially interested in the 2" vs the larger ones.
I sent out a number of emails and some phone calls when shopping. My desire was Cooling first and foremost, Power a distant second and not loud third. Not stock but not loud.
Rush was the quickest to respond, advise and appeared to have actually read my email, not all had from their responses.

I put the 2" baffles in last night. They really didn't sound all that different from the 2.5" When I took the mufflers off and fired up the bike with just the stock pipes, I expected a lot more sound than what I got. The CAT must really be putting a choke hold on the engine. I'll be swapping the pipes in the coming days, and report back. I'll know better after the dyno tune and the fuel mixture is corrected. Will you be doing an air cleaner upgrade?

Took her out for 100+ miles yesterday. Sounds great and plenty of torque to get my big *** rolling with my lady along. Couldn't be happier with the setup.
Dyno results after Stage 1 upgrades.
