Good plan! See #7. Baisley spring is a good suggestion if stock OEM cam plate is retained. Everybody whines about the spring loaded cam tensioner but there are only about a gazillion of them running with no issues.
Great suggestions guys!! I really appreciate the replys too....
One more thought though.....Do I have the heads and jugs diamond cut before the machining or after maching??? This is the main reason I have a second set of these, to get the BLING....lol

We ship those to Diamond Heads, prior to begining any work, here.
Another killer look, is to have the heads/cylinders powder coated(www.sumax.com, is who we use) to match the bike, prior to going to Diamond Heads. Reds, blues, etc, look outstanding!!!!!!!!

Thanks Scott for all of the info! I am sending you a PM too!
Something else I just thought of.....I have the stock CV carb, is this going to be ok with this mild build? And if I need another carb, what would you suggest? And I have a RSD 7 Spoke AC that I REALLY want to keep!
I know you do not want to hear this - replace the bsl
Kuma, are you wanting these pipes back....lol
Really want to go with True Duals at some point(when I am ready for the hard extended bags and stretched rear fender and fairing....lol And it may not be that far down the road :-)

The CV carb is fine, just need to rejet. Going from the BSLs to true duals is like jumping from the frying pan to the fire. TDs wll hurt your bottom end on a 95" build, they are better suited for 107" and larger builds. Look at some dyon sheets and you will see the low end torque dip. Take a look at the 2:1 systems with ghost pipes; D&D and Thunderheader both offer them and there may be others.
