Not so much. The cam at Zanotti's would be around $240. Couple hundred for the race tuner (is your bike carbed?), around $150 + or - for the adj. push rods depending on the brand, another $50 at most for gaskets. $750 for labor and tune? I'm at $900.00 with 95" SE flat tops, cylinders, andrews 26a,Timken inners, baisley spring, some head work from Hillside, gaskets, jets and a few tools.
Race tuner- $400ish
Tune- $300ish
Labor to change cams- 4 hrs @ $/ hr (say $75/hr)
Adj Pushrods- $150
Cams- $250ish
Gaskets, Lube, etc- $100
Are they upgrading your inner cam bearings to Torringtons? That'll run you an extra $15.00!
I don't think the tune is "free." They're probably willing to throw a canned map in there for you if you buy everything else from them.
In my area the dealers charge $70/hr. I was quoted 4@$70 = $280 This included pulling the rocker boxes so the stock pushrods can be used. Tune was estimated at $245 (3hrs). Ebay can be a good place to look for gasket kits too. Cometics can be found for a reasonable price. I got a new SEPST on ebay for $226. Worth a try....
