Default Pipe change

Does anyone know if changing from a V&H Big Radius 2 into2, to a 2 into 1or say a different style 2 into 1 will bugger my tune up that much. I love the Big Radius look on my bike , but i have a feeling that Johnny Lawman is gonna have a problem with the noise.I have a Heavy Breather ac and what i believe to be a stage one download from a dealer, but i'm not sure of the history on this bike cause it was a repo, and even if i can find the past owner, i doubt he is going to be helpful on which tune was done to it.I contacted the dealer that originally sold the bike, and they said they didn't do any of the work .

What yr bike? I'd at least make sure it has a stage 1 flash given your ac and pipes. The dealer flash is generic so different pipes wont matter. But, a real tune would be better, although not necessary. Not having a flash and running your ac and pipes is not good. Bike may be running very lean.

Stage 1 download is pretty imprecise to begin with. For sure you would notice a big plus with a real dyno or auto tune product.

It's a 2007 FXDB, I would love to find out if the ECM has been flashed....but i have a feeling that they( Local dealer) may get pissy with me for buying a bike and them not making any money off the sale( I have heard rumors about them being like that)

They should have records of the bike and what was done to it. That info should be something they would share. Call them, its worth a try. If they wont release the info I would call corporate and start out real nice about everything, then work yourself self into a frikin lunatic frenzy. I got a free updated flash for a recall they had on 06 injectors that way.

That's to funny, I think i will go by the dealership and see if they won't mess with me to much...I just want to change out the pipes and not run the poor thing lean. The bike is from Cali, and I'm in Canada...so the dealership had no vin info on it. I phoned down to ElCajon HD and they said they had no record of any tune or mods done to it..So either he had an indy do it, or another dealer....or he just bolted on the stuff, and prayed it wouldn't melt down the motor.Looks like it might be time for a auto tune set up.
