Help! We have an 07 Dyna Superglide having major issues. So bike was running fine untill a couple weeks ago, then it started this sputtering cutting out low power on take off. Ok here's the freak part of it, it only happens with a passenger on back. Whithout a pasenger the bike runs ok, just a little backfire issues. What the heck? Any ideas?

Sounds electrical to me. When you carry a passenger wiring at the rear of the bike may be short-circuiting. Give all your rear end wiring a thorough check and look for a chafed wire.
Have you made any changes to your bike recently, like fitted short shocks?
All of the rear lighting wires run under the fender. If you did a tail light relocation, you surely know this. The wires under the rear fender need to be very much out of the way and inside the conduit on the inside of the fender. Remove your rear wheel and check it out, or take it into a shop and have it done
You probably have damage to one or more of the wires in your rear lighting, causing a short to ground. That can mess up all manner of things! Inspect your rear lights wiring very closely and you should find the problem.

Very true. A short in any wiring will affect the ignition. I had one in an old Firebird that drove me nuts. Normal driving it was ok, full throttle it would break up like crazy. Ended up being a melted wire for the electronic trans kick down. Not related to the ignition at all, but it keeps it from making full power and interupts it. Something is getting pinched or touching when the extra weight is on the rear.
