I have a 2009 Street Bob FXDB I bought recently and I just found out from the part #29478-05 off the back plate that it's a Screamin Eagle.. So Is this a stock intake that comes with the bike or is it the Harley brand "after market" intake?
Also the filter is white so i'm guessing it's not something special like a K&N filter? And if not is it ok to put the K&N HD-0800 in it?

It looks like a stage I filter kit. This is a dri type element so you don't want to oil it. The K&N 0800 is the wet type replacement so when your element gets dirty you can pop in the K&N and wash the Dri one. I like to have a spare clean filter ready to go while I clean and oil the other.
