Looking to change the mufflers on a new road king. I don't want loud, just a bit more sound than the stockers with better flow than the stock ones. I'll be adding a stage 1 A/F too.

[/align]What mufflers did you get ? Much louder?

I wanted to retain my stock header on my '07, therefore, I went with the Performance slip-ons called the Supertrapp SE's from FUELMOTOUSA.COM. I went with the Billet taper/slash tips shown in the pic as well. I absolutely love the sound and the aesthics are drop dead gorgeous to me. These are the same mufflers as the non-epa friendly Screaming Eagle 65115-98B's from yesteryear.The sound is a throaty sound that enhances the already great rumble the '07's offer without the "noise" of others IMO.

Something to think about.
