The back tensioner looked better then the front one.

went to gears after checking my tensioners..they were ok, but I had a lifter shoot craps and galled a cam journal. always good to inspect. will probably inspect the gears in 20,000 or so miles.. just to look.......
just over 52000 when I checked em and put in the gears..... I am the second owner and I knew it had big bore and SE heads but didn't know about what else.. once I got in, it had se 257 cams also but still had the INA bearing the inside..... had 36000 on it when I got it.....
I've got 58,000 miles on the bike.I put a K&P egineered oil filter on the bike 3 years ago.
Found little brown particals in the filter last year before I went to Sturgis. this years first oil change I found metal. Bike ran good but I did think it was getting a little loud.
That filter was around $200 at the time but it just saved me my motor so well worth it.
