Can't say how they would respond in a 88", but you may want to look at TW48's. They're made for heavy 96"ers but there's happy softail owners runnin them. I'm runnin them in a 95" RK with lightly ported heads & T-Max. With the right tune, all my expectations & then some were met.

From a tuning perspective, Thundermax has base maps for Andrews 26. I did not see maps for the S&S 583/585.

Hi guys, I have a 2004 88CuI Night Train. I am about to do the cam chain up grade. I can get a set of new 2007 Throttle body and Injectors for a good price (for the 96"). I am thinking of milling the head (is 10:1 practical?), probably use the0.030 gasket so I don't have to shave as much off the head. So what cams (probably have to go Andrews because of he chain mod). I need to keep "bar hopping" ride-ability but do go for long trips. + my mate has a 110CuI CVO if you get my drift hehe. Any suggestions and advice will be welcomed.
