George,
Your problem is more likely on your end. Although this should be addressed in the 'Forum Issues' subforum, I can't recall anyone having the difficulty you mention. There are many unanswered variables:
1. Are you accessing the forum via smartphone or computer
2. What browser are you using
3. Do you have a popup blocker
4. Other apps running concurrently (in the background or otherwise)...
I usually access mine thru my phone.. However when I access from my personal or work computers it's always been extremely slow. I can't see as much thru my phone but it beats having to wait
I used to have this problem all the time when I'd check in quickly through the week without signing in. I've found that when I do the sign in on the top right ,no freeze up. I'm a fool when it comes to computers so my help is very limited.
I think it has to do with the browser. I usually access the forum on my iPad, and I can't do it from safari anymore . The ads will take over the entire screen, and there is no way to exit them other than closing the browser. Often times I will get a "page has been reloaded due to xxx error" then the ad freezes it again when reloaded.
It works better with chrome for iPad, but still happens. Often times It gets so bad, that I will just go over to a different forum when I need to get some info.
