I use Photobucket for all my images. I believe if you use the 'insert image' icon it ends up a thumbnail displayed on the forum. With a Photobucket account, free by the way , I cut and paste the image link in to the post using {img}{/img} on each end of the image url. Swap the {} for []... The [] brackets would have created a hotlink which is why I had to use the false brackets to show you what to do
Ok, I just tried it; hell, I can't figure it out either I don't know what makes an image a thumbnail... What I posted is how it works on a few firearms forums I'm on. HDForums? I'm a clear buffoon... But if you have a Photobucket account, upload your images, you can link to them like I showed you and they will appear in the post... I"m an engineer, but clearly not a software engineer

Haha! I know what you mean... Lots of things make lots of sense to me, but then some things...
Whenever I upload a photo stored on my computer it shows up as an attached thumbnail... I've been trying to figure out whether I can make them show up as full size embedded images.
