I can't figure out how to get a picture of anything next to my user name for my profile so if anyone can let me know how to get a picture to show up next to my name on here like everyone else has please let me know and thank you.

Go into your CP, and select "Edit Avatar". It is confusing that adding a picture to your profile doesn't make it show up next to your name on your posts; you have to add a picture to your Avatar to make it show up.
