how come every time i try to upload an avtar from the adobe file on my computer it says upload failed i hit the browse button open up my adobe file click on the picture and then hit save settings and it fails to upload

 

I'll pile on a bit; my wife signed up (this is her account) and is having the same issues. No Avatar, no sig pic.

Options are set same as mine, sig picture shows on the setup page, but not in posts. Avatar function does not work.
