Is anyone else annoyed with this?
Since this is a public/"family-friendly" site I'll keep the invectives down.

TURN THIS CRAP OFF! DISABLE VIBRANT TEXT ADVERTISING!

Doesn't bother me. Vibrant and Intellitext are pretty easy to disable with a browser filter.

If you are using a Windows computer, add the following entries to your HOSTS file and you'll never be bother again.
127.0.0.1 images.intellitxt.com
127.0.0.1 itxt.vibrantmedia.com

Use Firefox with noscript and adblock and you, too, will never have heard of these things.

There is actually a whole list of vibrant lines that I needed to add to my hosts file, before they finally quit appearing. The above 2 were not enough (in my case). A few dozen, if I recall.

But they are gone now, no more green words.

I just did this. Thanks for the tip. Now I still get the green words, but when I mouse over them the pop up window says, Internet Explorer can not display, ect. Hey I'm kinda happy with that, but any ideas?
