Try this:
on the right side of your tab bar, click on tools, open the manage add ons icon, open search providers, click on bing, click on remove.

Try and download FireFox for your internet browser, and then get an add-on called "Ad Block Plus" and "Script Blocker". It stops sites like Bing from putting cookies on your computer and makes browsing most websites a lot safer and a lot less annoying. The one downside is that you'll have to use Script Blocker to allow certain cookies onto your computer, otherwise certain websites won't run quite right. FF, ABP, and SB are all free. Definitely a better browser than IE if you're still using that.
