PEBCAK...Problem Exists Between Cair and Keyboard
I see alot of complaints about this site and I have to tell you these guys do a helluva job. I cannot stress the importance of keeping your OS up to date with the Critical Updates using Windows/IE or keeping FF up to date with the latest release.
Simple maintenance such as running CCleaner and defragging will also keep your Windows running much better.
Running into problems is best handled yourself rather than complaining, google will help you through most of it.
