Never mind - I think I was able to do it using ad blocker plus. I clicked on the ad blocker plus icon. Selected options. Selected "Add your own filter". Typed in "kentera" on the "add your own filter" line. Now the underlined words are gone.

This was buggin' the SH** outta me!

I thought I had a virus, ran AVG scans, C-Cleaner, etc etc. I have all the add-ons mentioned so I figured it wasn't that. I too manulay added "kentera" and the underlines/boxes are gone!

 

That would do it. I used the filter for ||kontera.com/* since they are nothing more than a target advertising company. I don't block all ads, only the dumb ones.

An easier route for those who already have Adblock Plus.

CTRL+SHIFT+V and type kontera into the search bar. Double click on the *KonaLibInline.js.

For those still using IE or Safari, get a better browser.

 

For those using Android there is an easy way to kill off the crap ads as well. If you are running anything higher than 4.x and you have root, you can modify your /system/etc/hosts file like this:

If you don't have root, you can still edit your hosts file through ADB. Here's a link on How To Geek.com going over the details. You would need ADB to set this up. Those using ios, you're on your own.
