Default Will an Evo motor fit

Recently traded a Pauchco frame for some work. Got the frame home and E-mailed Pauchco frames gave them the 17 digit number on the top motor mounting bracket. They said the frame was a special order frame for Titan MC, it has a 2" 1/4 stretch in the down tubes and a 30 degree rake on it. I was told by Pauchco it is a shovelhead frame with a 5 speed tranny. Being this is my first build would an Evo motor fit in this frame.I have a 113" S&S motor in the shop. Thanks for any input

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. Mention of a 5-speed alone suggests that an Evo may well fit, as that trans was only introduced on Evos. That does leave the question of why Paughco describe it as a shovel frame! The simplest thing to do is give Paughco a call and ask, I'm sure they will be able to help - or email them back. We also have a Custom Models section, where you may get an answer from the members who build custom bikes.
