Hello! Friends bike, he wants to install dual disc. I'm not 100% sure what will work here.
Sliders have been shaved so buying new ones. It has 39mm forks. So what year slider/ caliper/ rotor setup should I be looking at? Will I be able to use these 11.8" take off rotors from a 2009 sg?
21" front wheel, 3/4" axle. 1/2" spacer on left side of wheel.
Guessing it is a late 90's early 2000's sportster or wide glide front end?? (originally a 1966 FLH)
Any help GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.
I think I have it figured out. Decided to go single disc, ordered some 39mm fork lowers (powder coated black) off of ebay. Still waiting on them.
Thanks for the reply.
