Default 2002 Fatboy brake upgrade.

I have a 2002 Fatboy that I just did the front brake Brembo upgrade to.
I used a HD CVO left caliper, 11.8" rotor, Lyndall Gold+ pads, and an 11/16" master cylinder. Linked together with a really nice stainless steel braided line.
That upgrade was pretty painless.
Now, I want to upgrade the back as well.
I got a HD Brembo caliper and bracket off Ebay from a 2019 Electra Glide. Put a bushing in the axle hole so my 3/4" axle will fit correctly.
Went to install it today and found that the tab on my swingarm doesn't allow the caliper bracket to line up with the axle hole.
Looking at it, even if I re-profile that slot to fit, the caliper angle is going to be off.
Has anyone else upgraded their rear brakes on an older Fatboy that can lend some knowledge here?
Is there a different bracket I need to get to make this work?

Thank you for any help and/or advice!

Hi Bill.
I did not. I tried a few different things. But, without a specialized bracket, this isn't going to fit in a Softail rear swing arm. I'm probably going to go with a whole aftermarket setup in the rear.

At first I thought I could give you some info, because you said "Older Fatboy", but then realized you have a 2002 model...

I upgraded the rear brake on my `EVO era Softail by using a Wilwood caliper, but it also required a new caliper bracket, also made by Wilwood.

You might consider giving Wilwood a call and tell them what you need.

That's where I was heading. Wildwood has some nice offerings.
