Default Progressive 440 shocks for my Ultra?

Does any one know where I can get the best deal on 440 shocks?
They list for over $500 bucks, about a year ago, I read some place that was selling them for about $390ish. My lovely wife gave me the "ok" to spend some cash on the bike[8D]

Model 440 I.A.S. Shocks by Progressive Suspension
I.A.S. means Inertia Active System. This leading edge system allows the shock to respond better to sudden movements of the rear wheel without transferring the jolts to the rider. The special inertia valve determines whether the soft (wheel) circuit or hard (chassis) circuit is used. All three circuits, compression as well as soft and firm rebound, are velocity sensitive.
Shock selection should be based on intended use. "Heavy Duty" applications are recommended for bikes with additional add-on accessories, rider weight over 200 pounds, or passenger use over 50% of the time. All measurements are eye-to-eye. Sold in pairs
Available in Black or polished aluminum finishes.
Available in 11", 11.5", 12", 12.5", 13", 13.5" lengths to fit FXR, Sportster, Dyna, FLT models, and V-Rod.
Prices starting at $359.95 for black and $423.95 for aluminum
Please call our toll-free number for fitment, length, and specific prices.

hope this helps!!!

If I remember right goto their website, they have production over runs or remanuf-warranty return units. A bud got a pair from them a while back and was perfectly happy . I ran Works Shocks on the rear of my 2000 Ultra as I got tired of the leaking stock ones and boy what a difference in weight between the stock and the Works.
