Most comfortable 04' 1200c shock wanted- advice needed
I have seen reference to using a 13' or 12' air shock from a rk or ?? other big Hd
How is that done? They seem to be ugly black shocks but sooo much of he bike is chrome I could tolerate some ugly, I would rather function over form for performance comfort. height is no problem, if it raises the bike so be it, more cornering clearance unless it makes the front end push, then that would be bad.
RE: Most comfortable 04' 1200c shock wanted- advice needed
you should get a longer shock unless low ride height is necessary,a longer shock will use a softer spring, my 12.5in prog model#4184807C uses a dual rate75/120 spring, fully progressive springs used on ohlins 36E for sportys give a better ride but cost more, quality is usually not cheap, lighter custom springs also available but you must open your wallet wider
