Old rear shocks lowering kit

Default Old rear shocks lowering kit

Can anyone identify this lowering kit and tell me how to adjust it??
I want the rear end higher.

It is hard to tell from the pic however there are two scenarios here. Either the rod end gets turned outwhich would require disconnecting the shock or the turnbuckle gets turned (as it is suppose to) which raises and lowers the bike. Thefarther out the lower the bike.
