Welcome to the forum. THis is always a hot topic on the forum. Just do a search on Harley wobble and I GUARANTEE you'll find more than you ever wanted to know.

Check tire pressure - front and rear. Check tires for wear - especially cupping. If you have laced wheels, check all the spokes to make sure they are tight. Check both wheels to make sure the spin true. Check tire balance. If problem still exists, check alignment (you will need the service manual). Check the fall away (steering head) for proper adjustment. Just a side note, on my Dyna, I have learned that the steering head needed to be slightly tighter than the manual suggests to eliminate any minor wobble.
+1 to check is alignment. I added stabilizer to my '07 and although bettter, when pushed it still would wobble. Just did alignment using tools (Georges Garage) and I had to adjust top stabilzer almost 1/8". When I get back running I hope will post if this helps.
