Default who makes this frame?

You know the story traded for a new and never used softail frame. Getting ready to build a bike, and I can't figure out who built the frame. No paper work with it, so i need to find out all the specks and see if I can get a mso.

Its a softail replacement style frame, close to stock but not. It has a 38 degree neck, made for a 200 rear tire, and an evo engine.

The number on the neck starts out NFCCS followed by 12 more numbers. I have called a couple of places that make frames that look just like this and they all say not ours.

So I thought maybe someone here would know who makes the frame.

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
