If the bike in your sig pic is the one you're talking about, first get the wheel bearings checked, then the brake pads to see if they might be dragging. Doubtful, my money in on the wheel bearings. Slight possibility the triple tree needs adjusted or greased.
How many miles on the bike?

Bike has a little over 7K on it, I do hear the brake pads dragging even in a straight up ride but dealer said this was normal, and the way I hear it when I'm riding next to a wall and if I apply my hand lightly on the front brake the sound goes away, and it's is an intermittent sound, something like woosh woosh woosh...... not a dragging sound like wooshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

the brakes could do that... my pads dfrag, but not all the time and not all the same amount.
If your wheel bearings and triple ree bearing were checked out ok by someone that knew what they were doing, then I wouldn't worry about it.
If you cam [prop up the front wheel off the ground and spin it, syou should be able to either hear of feel the bearing while spinning the wheel if they need greased or are bad.
good luck.
