I dunno if anyone has experienced this , but when I lean the bike to turn , I get the grinding feeling at the handle bars, could it be motor mount? or bearing or is this just normal?
thanks
Mine was doing the same thing, I took it to the dealer and a local shop and both said it was normal....30,000 miles later and nothing has broke or seized
Are the tires new? I got that same feeling for a while from the production mold nubs on the outer edges of the tires until they wore down.
tires have 7500 miles on them however they do still have the little nubs on the side which would touch down on turns, maybe I'm just a little paranoid, there is no sound it's just a small ruff sensation at the grips, yes it is possible for the tires to make such feel, I dunno.
Unless you're tunning knobbies, I doubt the tires would have much effect.
If the bike in your sig pic is the one you're talking about, first get the wheel bearings checked, then the brake pads to see if they might be dragging. Doubtful, my money in on the wheel bearings. Slight possibility the triple tree needs adjusted or greased.
How many miles on the bike?
