Default Need some advice

Ok here's the deal. I got an 09 lowrider with v&h big radious, stage 1 intake and PCV. All from fuel moto, which was installed by me. Last weekend I got caught in a bad rain storm. 2 days later I go for a ride and the stalls on me. Anyways, a long story short, come to find out water had gotten into the connections of the PCV. Took it off and let it dry out for a week. Installed it again and went for a ride and the bike just doesn't feel the same. Sounds like it is starting to pop on decel and stuff. So, is it my Imagination? Is it I don't trust the PCV anymore? Should I look into getting something that doesn't stay on the bike like a SERT or pv? Give me some advice guys. I need help lol sorry for the long post. I am hoping someone can help me out

If the connector is dry you are fine, this would not have changed the map or programming in any way. I recommend adding some dielectric grease to the connection and you can also remove the electrical box the ECM is mounted in and tuck the connector up out of the elements.

Is this a common issue with the PCV? Would it be better or safer going with something else? I really don't have anyway to carry tools with me if I get caught in the rain again

I've got about 8K miles on my Street Glide with the PC-V & AT with zero issues and I have driven through rain storms that cause cars to pull over in. I did use dielectric grease on all connections though.

I just did the dielectric grease as well, but now I just don't trust it. Don't want to get stranded again
