I use Lejos Corporation in Concord, NC. They do a real good job and I'm pretty picky. I live in the same town so I don't know about shipping but I'm pretty sure they do it. These guys are Spanish and sometimes you have to speak slower or ask for the owner, some of the women that answer have not mastered english that well.

Update on some on the named chrome-platers mentioned here:
Both Chromemasters and Browns have gone out of business as of this writing 8/8/15. EPA requirements for hazardous waste disposal is driving plating businesses to Mexico and beyond.
