I use Lejos Corporation in Concord, NC. They do a real good job and I'm pretty picky. I live in the same town so I don't know about shipping but I'm pretty sure they do it. These guys are Spanish and sometimes you have to speak slower or ask for the owner, some of the women that answer have not mastered english that well. It's worth a call at any rate.
