I've worn leather cuts most of my riding life, and put up with overheating in the summer and holding in the cold during the winter.
(duh, animal hide)
I've ditched the leather for denim and I gotta say I'm happy with the choice!
I found a great site operated by a disabled vet and bought both a blue and black cut, making us both happy.
I'm looking forward to the summer with a better breathing vest.
If anyone else has been wrestling with this choice, here's where I got mine. http://www.clubvest.com/Club-Vest-Br...-Vests_c16.htm
Thanks for posting, I've been looking for a denim vest for while now.
And they're a fair price too!
Living in WA I never really needed a denim vest up here by the Sound, but going inland and into the eastern section of WA, OR, ID, and WY really cooked me!
Thought this was about something else.
I had a denim cut when they were "cuts", we couldn't afford leather ones. It was only for patches. Money had to go to important stuff.
