I hope she never gets out of prison. Where was she a bartender at?
Problem with that is, for the rest of her life, she gets:
3 free meals a day
an air conditioned room
a bed with a roof over her head
a daily shower
free prison clothes
free medical care
almost no responsibility for anything
...and guess who's paying for it all? All of us that (mostly) obey the laws and work our asses off to pay taxes. This is what our society accepts as justice??
No, the best thing is to put her to sleep immediately, and for good. The world is a far better place without these people.
If she claims that she was sober when the murder happened, and that she began drinking when she arrived home. I personally would be harder on the B as it shows a willing and aware disregard for the victim as opposed to trying to say her judgement was clouded. Place her on a Honda and have a Mack smoke here from behind at 110, should solve the problem. If she claims she was drunk as she was, be gentle and have the Mack going 30 MPH but not stop for 80-or 90 miles with her under it.
If an animal bite or attacks a person, then it is investigated and the animal is usually put down. Not sure why we don't do the same thing. If a person attacks a person, in this case driving a vehicle in a manner that kills another person would fall within the definition of attack, then I say, no appeal, no delay, no hesitation, put her down.
This piece of sh*t shouldn't be allowed to enjoy the freedoms we provide in or out of jail. She is only 23 with multiple DUI and now a possible 2nd degree murder. I would deem this a waste of space and properly dispose of quickly. Not like anyone will miss the dumb f*ck.
