mirrors.
do leo's actually pay attention to whether a bike has its mirrirs? cause I hate my my mirrors on my 1200c, the really serve no purpose, other than to please the leo's. Id like to take them off, and then just reinstall them for inspection purposes. or am i just lookin for trouble?

That's what my DH has been doing on his homebuilt Shovel chopper for years. I don't think he's ever gotten pulled over for that alone, but it's just one of the dumb details they can add to a ticket if they catch you speeding or whatever. I'm not in TX though. YMMV.

If you want get small mirror for the left side and that is all ya need. I have some friends who ride without mirrors and they don't seem to get bothered. It all depends on the cop too.
