Default Who rides without mirrors?
Wondering if riding without the rear view mirrors will make me paranoid. I always check over the shoulder b4 I grab another lane anyway so figured I would go with the custom look until I find some mirrors i actually like. The bike looks great with ape hangers and no mirrors. Who out there rides like this?

No way!

Situational awareness is a prerequisite for riding a bike, and without mirrors you've severely diminished your awareness.

Lane changes aren't the only thing mirrors should be used for.

But then again, that's only my opinion.

Does your state's laws require mirrors?

I usually try to check behind me as I come to a stop to see if somebody is coming up too fast.

I know without them they wont give you a inspection sticker, dont know about a actual law

It's dangerous enough with mirrors. Anyone that rides a motorcycle needs to be "WATCHING" everywhere.

I always look over my shoulder before changing lanes or merging into traffic but,you really need to use your mirrors to keep an eye traffic at all times.I wouldn't go without!

CA requires at least one mirror on the bike, but I've never heard of anyone getting a ticket. I've never even considered riding without them.
