My buddy has one and loves it. The local dealer in my area makes most Harley Stealerships look like the Red Cross or come other caring/giving charity so you do not see many in this area. They are cool bikes though. Lower price, more marketing and better dealer network could make them a huge success.

Yes, Victory is more American made than HD. Only the Egine and tranny are made here, the rest is import HD..

I checked out 2 Victory dealerships afew years ago with a friend of mine who was very interested. . One was actually in a car dealership. Idiots were too busy watching a football game on the tube in an office to actually bother coming out (they saw us through the office window). Their 3 bikes were freakin' covered in thick dust and scratches. After about 15 minutes of being ignored, I said, " Man, if this is how they sell'em, just think what their service is like." The 2nd dealership had a a small showroom floor. I believe at that time there were only 4 models out. Their "Touring" bike was a very poor example as the wiring harness was hanging out about 2-3 inches in plain view and they never bothered to secure the seat to the bike.Bike was covered with grime andlittle kids fingerprints. They were basically more interested in selling their "Pocket Racer Bikes" than actually doing Victory a service. Very dissappointed. Maybe things have changed by now, but I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow off of either of those two places.
