I'll wear mine to stay warm and/or to keep my legs dry. Other than that, I usually just keep 'em packed away in my saddlebag.

To help with the cold and to keep the bugs off the work pants. Other than that they are to hot to me to wear above 70.

I wear mine any time that it is 60 or below. AND on the way way to work at 6AM to keep bugs off the work clothes regardless of temp.
