Just got my PV1 earlier in the week and got a base stage 1 tune in this evening. Running really well, but popping pretty bad (SE intake, V&H Straight Shots with quiet baffles). Going to do my auto tune run in the morning. About how far / long should I sample before logging the auto tune? Thanks!!
BTW, will an auto tune help with popping, or do I need to go into the maps and make adjustments? Also going to tighten down the gasket nuts on the pipes as well in the event I have a leak.

You may have to make adjustments manually after you determine where (rpm/kPa cells that are causing the popping) in the map it's happening.
As for the gaskets, just be careful and don't tighten too much or you'll crush them. That will require replacements.
Thanks Pine Tree. Just checked the gaskets. Three of the four nuts were very loose. Tightened them to the point where I began to get solid resistance and quit there. Hopefully, that's a big part of my popping issue.
You should use a torque wrench on the pipes. It is very easy to over tighten and ruin the gaskets.
On my PV2 Auto Tune was able to take care of most of the decel popping. I road about 150 miles on my last session, and most of the boxes were filled.
...yea, you're right about the wrench, I need to get one. That said, I just finished my first (maybe my last as well) auto tune run - about 100 minutes in all kinds of conditions. Uploaded it in a Kroger parking lot in Northern Ohio. The bike is running great and almost all of the pop is gone. A big thumbs up for this product.

I also have the power vision on my electra glide ultra limited. you can run auto tune and store it when you stop and keep building on the same one. I ran about 7 auto tunes and my bike just kept getting better. good luck!
