Default devils back bone in texas

has anyone done the devils back bone in texas? if so is it worth the ride or should we just go on to lukenbak? thanks

depending on where you're coming from, run it from east to west and it'll take you towards Luckenbach. Nice scenic ride, stop in at Rileys for a bit.

a good loop would be to take 165 east from Blanco, make a right on 2325 and take it to Wimberley where you'll merge onto 32 (devils backbone). 32 will take you through Wimberley and about 5 miles out it hits a "T", left is 12 into San Marcos and right continues 32 back to281. Head north a few miles back into Blanco, go west on 1623, and then take 1888 to its end, turn right and go into Luckenbach. Makes for a nice ride. 1888 is a nice piece of road.
