Me, I would have contacted them, not to bitch, but to find out what happened, why it happened, and get them to fix it. To each his own, I guess.

But I got your point, and am grateful to you for raising it.

If you bought a Power Commander from FuelMoto, they'll have a record of it. If FuelMoto has your email address, they'll send you another map upon request. You download the Power Commander software and install the map via your PC's USB port.

I bought the Fuelmoto EFI Tuner because its cheaper than the actual PC3, for the custom map support, and the recommendations on this board.

I have stock pipes and a SE AC. But it came with the stock pipe/stock AC map that comes on the unit. I emailed and they sent me the correct map. People make mistakes, especially when its hands off and over the phone/email.

Here's my take:
Since they didn't actually do the install on my bike, I did. So its my responsibility to hook up the laptop and double check that the map makes sense.

Here's the other thing I think should be included in the instructions if you go with the PC3/FM.
Set the 0% Throttle Position. Mine was at 3% and makes a big difference when set correctly. This can differ from bike to bike so best to set it for your idle.

Default power vision

I done stage 1 on my 2013 ultra limited this past spring. I used fuel motos power vision and their jack pot headers and have cfr exhaust and arlenn ness intake. Im not a technical kind of guy and had to call fuel moto for support. they walked me thru the steps of hooking up my powervision step by step. Great customer support. And the powervision worked great. Bike runs strong and am getting 44mpg.
