Recently upgraded my directional's to LED's front and back. Took bike for ride yesterday and noticed that the "red KEY" security light came on (solid) when I operated the turn signals for the first time. Thinking it was an issue with the FOB, I stopped, dug the FOB out of the Tour Pak, put it in my left pocket and headed down the road again. The security light didn't come on; BUT, the first time I operated the turn signals, it did come back on. Thinking the FOB battery was FUBAR, I stopped at Walmart and bought a new battery and headed out again, but again, when I hit the directional's, the security light came back on.
Has anyone encountered this issue after changing from incandescent (directional signal) bulbs to the new LED thin waffer lights? If so, what is the cure?https://www.hdforums.com/forum/image...icon_errrr.gif
