Rich, thanks for the extra photos. In your engine number the style of characters, especially 0 and 7, are consistent with other STD examples I have photos of. I do not know for sure but I’m wondering if the middle four characters, 2092, may be an STD production number and the outer characters, 19 and 76, may have something to do with the cases being alternator-style because I’ve seen this format before on alternator-style STD cases. Some have 19 and 76 as the outer characters of the full number and then the middle characters (sometimes there are four and sometimes three) also appear on top of each case half so you may find 2092 stamped on your cases near the rear engine mounting bolts.

Apart from 47606-58 on your swingarm, I see what looks like 7? It’s a die number, or part of the die number because there appears to be another number next to it?
Below the 7 is a forging hallmark consisting of the letter Q with the letters WF inside it and you'll find it on most H-D round swingarms for 1958-72 Big Twins.

Judging by the area immediately below the seat, your frame appears to be 1965 or later and the number on your lower left rear forging will tell us more. It may be 47654-65 or it could be 47653-58.

The frame probably won’t be later than early-73 because forging number 47651-58 on the R-H side wasn’t used after that, as I indicated earlier. As of mid-73 models the forging changed and it had 47652-73 on it. The left forging changed again then too, becoming 47654-73. But a two-hole block for the passenger peg bracket didn’t appear until about 1977 models so it seems that block is not original to your frame. That’s not uncommon however and I’ve seen it done before, with some people making the block as per H-D dimensions and others using their own measurements.

The last one looks a lot like an inmate number. It could be a Billy bike.
