I put a heavy amount of the Lexol on the area of my seat that was distorted, wrapped the seat loosely with bungy cords to hold it down in place and overnight is was like new again and has held its shape perfectly. Thanks again for the advice guys, much appreciated.
If you want to keep your seat looking like new, do the Lexol again and periodically when you wash your bike. It will make a leather seat last just about forever. My leather Danny Gray seat is 15 years old and still looks new. Glad it worked out well for you, but I knew it would. Lexol is some pretty good stuff.
Get it real wet, then roll it up in the opposite direction of the curl.
Use something to hold it there, closepins, etc.
leave it that way until it dries out, then remove the clips.
Try it, it's cheap and easy. Then of course use you favorite conditioner after.
