I was driving down 405 a couple of days ago and I saw the driver of ( I think ) the biggest wheeled crane in Washington texting, holding his phone right in front of his face.
At least he had over sized load trucks in front and behind him to protect the rest of us.
Im really thinking it might be time to write an app for phones that just films all the time. You see someone texting and hit a button and it geo records the position and a pic of the driver and license plate. You could then display that on a web site and invite insurance companies to look up their insured by license plate number.
As with most reactions- the uproar is what COULD happen, but never did.
Then comes the spin off theories and liabilities.
The gun control people and safetycrats use the same formula.
Funny....its illegal to text and operate a motor vehicle in MA because of accidents/deaths related to the subject. So your whole comment is worthless.

Ooooooooooooo.....you sure should me!
Tell me, how much is the ticket?
If it was about safety they would deduct points off a license as taxes already pay for enforcement services.
Booyah!
