I don't have that HD leather jacket or any other but I do think it is an awesome jacket. If I saw one used on eBay or something, I would consider buying. I just can justify to myself spending that much money on a jacket.
I own no overt HD branded motor clothes. My assless chaps are HD but made in usa and have no branding except the buttons and if your close enough to read them you better be female. My jackets are all VANSON and made in usa.
The few t-shirts I have are bought from Ebay and only represent places I've been to (not necessarily a dealership). If someone wants to be a walking billboard for HD or any other business that's fine with me just won't happen on my grid square.

Yep. That's how I bought mine. About $90 for a lightly used leather jacket, comparable to those tag of close to $400 new at the local HD Taj Mahal. And no it wasn't made in China...Shri Lanka I think.
I've got that same jacket, and a few more from the MOCO. But when I get all my gear at employee pricing, it would be foolish to buy other brands at higher prices.
The difference of employee pricing and retail is phenomenal.
I seed a hd leather jacket very light grade leather paper thin in fact it cost plenty too as much as a good quality heavy grade leather jacket hd branded helmet made by hjc $350 I bought my soon a brand new hjc very same $60 without hd logo ?
if someone's passion in life is riding Harley-Davidson and they have got it together enough to be able to afford one and they are proud of their bike then why not wear gear that lets people know they own one . if you don't want to wear one then don't no need to disrespect someone who does . its just people getting charged top dollar for poor quality garment's I think they are having a bit of a laugh is all .
Yes you are basically a walking, talking billboard for HD. As am I when I wear my HD branded T-shirts, jackets, cap, ring and/or rider's boots. But....who cares?
Amen Brother........Who Cares.......Do what's good for one's self.......WoooHooo
I do have to say that I definately think they are way overpriced and usually only get my stuff when it's onsale. Got my First Harley Leather Jacket just last summer. Like they're button down shirts too and have a few, but again, when onsale so the price is kinda normal.
No, not looking for congratulations on my jacket. Was just looking to stir the pot a bit and generate some chatter. Seems to have worked.
But I'd be happy to accept kudos on finally coming to my senses by unloading my Honda VTX 1800 and stepping up to my first HD, even if it's only an ancient, 20 year old FLSTN . . .
