Was in Reno a couple of weeks ago. Old downtown Reno casino area has become over run by tweekers, bums and runaway kids. Whats up with that?
The city built a brand new homeless shelter next to downtown. Build it and they will come.
BTW, they aren't bums, they are urban campers, chemically dependent users and entitlement recipients. We need to be PC these days.

I love Reno and wish I was going! I lived there years ago, would love to see all my old friends on 4th Street.
Would love to go to Jimbo's for some tacos and Juicy's used to have good burgers, maybe they still do.
Used to be a tall guy with aluminum foil on his head, duct tape around an elbow, wore shorts year round, rode a skate board vicinity Moana/Virginia Street, hope he's doing well, place wouldn't be the same without him.
