The product is called slime, I use it in my mountain bike and it works. The way it works is it is a fiber based product in liquid form, it coats the inside of the tire continuosly, if a small puncture occurs the liquid flows in and the fiber fills the puncture. works great on bicycles, not so sure if I'd want it in a motor vehicle.
Also as others have mentioned it may void any warranties in effect on the tires, I'd also be concerned about running it in a tubeless tire because who knows what it does to the rim.
