I have a 2012 ultra classic I'm debating the stage iv upgrade or the 110 stage one upgrade there both about 4k any input will be greatly appreciated

With your bike being a 2012 and most likely out of warranty, there are way better options out there than any of the HD stuff. Look at Fuel Moto's stuff. Its the way I would/want to go. Their 107 kit with level B heads will be better than what you have mentioned and blow them away. Very reliable too. And probably cheaper.

Also need more info on what you have. Is your bike completely stock. If so, when doing these kind of mods, you will need better exhaust, AC, etc.

Fuel moto just recently added dyno sheets for many, if not all their builds. Give a look and see what's out there. Fun to look at, but what kind of build suits your style of riding is what you're looking for.
