Hi
I am picking up my 1997 electra glide classic that my girlfriend bought me for my brithday at our local dealer. Can anyone tell me of their experiences at any of the dealers in the Philadelophia area as to how they treat their customers. I am mechhanically inclined and will probably do my own maintenance services but should anything more pop up I would like to know wherer I should go to be treated properly and not get ripped off. I am close enough also to Bucks and Montgomery counties.. Thanks.
Hey Joe - Check out here - I am a transplanted philly boy living in Jersey - I really like Brian's in Langhorne and I am sure some others will chime in here with their choices - By the way - Does your girlfriend have a sister? Nice gift!
hey joe,
i'm also a transplant from the bucks area, now im in florida. i bought my first HD from brians when they were in their old building. they were great then so i would hope now that they have grown up they are still providing excellent service. last year my wife and i flew up to visit family there and i rented a bike from brians for the week, they treated me really good then....congrats on the new scoot
Smaltz's in Eagle ( where i bought my FXD seemed fair at purchase and pretty fair on price and responsiveness at 1K service. Hannum's in Media also seems fair ( I say seems since I showed up there in need of a windshield and no way to get it home except to wait for their wrench to assemble it( yes I am a moron and showed up without tools) for which they popped me for 30 minutes- since it was Saturday morning I s'pose I cannot gripe too loudly. Steve
electrajoe...No one treats you better or is as honest as Ocean County Harley Buell. They are located at 300 Rt #70 Lakewood, NJ..Phone is 732-367-7000. Brian's as mentioned is also decent.
