Nice bike. Good deal. All I'dchange is theseat. Engine performance would be something I'd do up next but that sure wouldn't stop me from saying how great of a bike it is. Custom paint but that'd be several years from now (if I still owned it).

Across the board, you guys are right. We always go back and forth about whose house is better, whose dog is better, etc. Really immature and stupid I guess, but doubtful it will change.

Dude...that is a sweet bike.....part of the fun of owning a cop bike is the visibility factor...everyone is lookin for a cop or at least his bike...so it does have its advantages,,,the seat is a great ride and the rack is handy even with a pillon seat added....a thousand bucks and he is stylin...

I left out part of the story.
He had a Suzuki Volusia, which he swore was the greatest thing in the world.I bought my fatboy and he was going on and on about how I overpaid for a name and his water cooled engine was soooo much better etc. I nodded my head and said, suuuuure dude, whatever.
I guess I got a little satisfaction seeing him buy a Harley after he saw mine.
Anyway, I am 40 years old and probably should be over these petty rivalries, but now he's saying his bitch is hotter than mine and I can't handle THAT!!!!

i think the last thing i would want to hear from my friends would be how ugly my bike is. if he's proud of it that's all that matters. let him decide which route he wants to go with customizing, if he wants to at all. don't make him feel shitty over a bike he just spent 11 grand on.
