I have the Walmart Clearance jump pack- (Digital Treasures, Jump IT brand), as it happens the Micro-Start harness works with this jump box. So I bought the harness from the Anti Gravity website for about $25, includes an adapter to use this harness with the tender as well.
I haven't needed a jump yet, but if I ever do, all I need to do is plug the harness to my jump box. No need to mess with the clamp on cables, and the harness adapter gives me an additional tap for anything that can fit the battery tender harness.
As I figured would happen, I ran my boat's cranking battery down and I used this jump box to start the boat- worked fine with its 400 amp cranking output. Boat is a 4.3l V6, so these little gadgets do work. Still can't see how, but they do work.
The pigtail for the XP-10 is different than the pigtail for the XP-1, XP-3 and XP-5. The XP-10 pigtail has a curved connector. The one for the others is straight.
Instead of attaching the clamps to the battery, attach it to the starter and a ground.
attach it to the starter and a ground ... Yep, much easier :>)
