I just had the download from Hatley installed I'm really happy with I still have the same problem. Do u guys know if they give refunds? I rather save and just get a power commander!.

No I bought the stage 1 download I don't like it I'm asking if I can return

 

What did they tell you when you contacted them?

 

It's highly unlikely. You can ask though.

 

What they installed was software, a canned map, so it's not like a part they can restock. Maybe if you explain why you're not happy with it and what mods were done we can be of some help.

 

Well the reason I did the tune was because I started noticing black residue on the tips of my pipes from even doing a 30 minute run I was hoping this would solve it but when I rode back home 45 minute ride I noticed it came up again it still burning rich

 

Ask the dealer, nobody on this forum can answer your question. If you have a problem with the dealer let them know and give them a chance to make it right. If they can't satisfy you then ask for a refund or adjustment, but don't hold your breath.

 

If you can replace those very same 1's and 0's back into the dealer's tuner I'm sure they'd be happy to refund your money.

 

Did the dealer promise you that it would solve your problem?
